The Curriculum
This 100-day training covers four key practices with each module designed to deepen your spiritual practice, focusing on purification, devotion, energy work, and direct realization of the nature of mind. Guided by experienced teachers, the course combines traditional methods with daily support and personal guidance.
-
Ngöndro, or preliminary practices, are foundational to Tibetan spiritual training.
Over 25 days, you will engage in four core practices: Refuge, Bodhichitta, Vajrasattva Purification, and Mandala Offerings.
These essential practices cultivate the right mindset, purify karmic obscurations, and build a firm foundation for deeper spiritual work. This training will include both visualization techniques and mantra recitations, with detailed instructions and daily support from teachers.
-
Guru Yoga is the heart of the Yuthok Nyingthig path. In this 25-day course, you will develop a deep connection with your teacher and lineage through visualization, mantra recitation, and meditation. This practice strengthens devotion, dissolves dualistic perception, and opens the doorway to experiencing the wisdom mind of the guru. You will receive instructions on integrating Guru Yoga into daily life, with guided meditations to support your progress.
-
Tsa-lung, or yogic practices of the channels and winds, focuses on subtle body energy work. Over 25 days, you will explore Nejang (self-healing techniques), Lü-jong (Tibetan physical yoga), and Tummo (inner heat practice). These practices enhance physical health, balance inner energies, and lead to deeper states of meditation. Through guided sessions, you will learn the proper postures, breathing techniques, and visualizations to cultivate vitality and well-being.
-
Dzogchen, or the "Great Perfection," is the pinnacle of Tibetan spiritual teachings. In this 25-day module, you will receive instructions on recognizing the nature of mind and stabilizing this realization through practice. Dzogchen teachings focus on direct experience, transcending conceptual mind, and resting in the natural state. You will be supported through profound teachings, personal reflections, and guided meditations to realize the true nature of reality.
