6 Hours of Weekly Lectures: Interactive online sessions blending theoretical teachings, group chanting, meditation, and movement exercises to help you relax, rejuvenate, and integrate mantra healing into your daily life.
1-Hour Guided Practice with Music Each Week: Practice alongside Drukmo Gyal to deepen your mantra recitation skills and experience the therapeutic effects of mantra vibrations.
Daily Practice: Commit to 30 minutes to 1 hour of mantra recitation each day, sharing your bodily and mental experiences as you integrate the teachings into your life.
